How does ZipLunch work?
Three simple steps:
- Daily, ZipLunch will curate 10-15 lunch options for you.
- Place your order as late as 11:00 AM.
- Lunch is delivered to your office pickup spot between 12:00 - 12:30 PM. We will notify you when it has arrived.

How do I get ZipLunch started at my office?
To get ZipLunch started at your office, we need a minimum of 20 sign-ups from the same office. Help us spread the word with your co-workers.
If you work in a small office, you can still get ZipLunch, just send us an email at email@example.com
and we will try to group you with a nearby office. You can also suggest nearby offices you know that would like ZipLunch services, and we can team you up with them.
Is this a subscription service?
No, there is no subscription. You do not need to pay in advance. Pay only when you order a meal.
How do I order?
You can place your order with ZipLunch by using our website or mobile app. Once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation that the order is placed, along with the delivery window and where to pick up your lunch.
Are there any minimum delivery amounts?
No minimum order required. Order one meal or as many as you like! Your meal will still be delivered, and it's always free delivery!
Are there any delivery fees?
NO delivery fees!
Are your meals prices marked up?
NO markups! Restaurant takeout price is the price you pay. Guaranteed, or your meal is on us (except for walk-in specials or in-store promotions).
How much can I save by ordering with ZipLunch?
If you were to order 2 times a week, you are saving on average up to $1000 a year on markups and delivery fees. You also save a lot of time too and we mean a lot! Plus you help in saving our carbon footprint, isn’t that sweet!
What are the types of meals offered?
We cater to a variety of options: Vegans, Vegetarians, Savoury, Meat Lovers, Lean & Healthy, Low Carb, Gluten Free, and everything in between.
Are the meal options always the same?
NO WAY! We rotate our restaurants daily and provide you with the best options from their menus and keep you excited with new options.
Can I customize my order?
No, unfortunately, you can’t. But we always make sure to have enough variety to cater to all taste buds.
Can I place group orders?
Yes, group orders can be placed. Order as many meals as you like.
Can I order from different restaurants at the same time?
Yes, you can order from different restaurants at the same time.
Can I order more than one meal?
Yes you can order as many meals as you like!
How will I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation. We will also email you a payment receipt confirming your order details. If you do not receive the email receipt, there may be a problem with the payment method on file. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the daily restaurant cut-off time by going back to your profile, going to the order tab and cancelling your order. We will then refund the payment immediately to your card.
Can I order in advance?
Definitely! Orders can be placed as early as the weekend when the weekly menu is showcased. You can pre-order and edit your orders at any time.
Do I need to order in advance?
Nope, it is not necessary. However sometimes popular meals sell out early.
Do you ever run out of lunch items?
Yes, we do sell out sometimes as the restaurants can only make a certain number of meals each day. If you see a meal on the menu that you don’t want to miss, you can always order it as soon as you get the meal options sent to you. You can also order in advance from the weekly menu on our website or app. If a meal is always selling out, we will request that the restaurant have more of those meals available.
How will I know when my food has been delivered?
You will receive a notification once your food has been delivered to its designated pickup spot. check for your name on the sticker & grab it.
What is a pickup spot and where do I find it?
Once your office location is approved to get ZipLunch, we will have a designated spot within your office building where you will pick up your meal once it has been delivered. We will provide details of the pickup spot on your first order.
Do I need to be available to pick up my food when it is delivered?
No, that is not necessary! Your orders will be delivered to the ZipLunch pickup spot at your office. You will be notified that the meal has arrived, and you can grab it anytime.
I work at different locations, can I change where I want my food delivered?
Yes for sure, just go to your profile page and choose one of the company locations we are serving, check out their menu, and order whatever you like. Different locations may have different menus.
How do you take payment?
Conveniently & securely pay via major credit cards, or Visa/MC debit cards. You can use either your personal or company card - the choice is yours. Your safety is important to us. That’s why we guarantee secure, simple and safe mobile payment.
Can I add more than one credit card?
Yes, multiple cards can be added and used for either business or personal use.
Are my credit cards stored?
No, We don’t store your credit card details, if you choose to save your credit on file for faster checkouts, it is then stored with our payment processor.
How will I know if there was a problem with the payment?
If there is a problem with the payment method you will be notified immediately. You can update your credit card from your profile.
Do you deliver to homes?
No, we currently do not deliver to homes, only offices during lunch.
Do you serve Dinner and/or Breakfast?
We currently only serve lunch, but stay tuned.
What do I do if I am not happy with any part of my ZipLunch experience?

How do I delete my account?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and We will make sure that your account is deleted within 48 hours.
